I was lucky enough to get the Urban Decay Naked Palette 2 for Christmas! It has been on my wishlist for a while and I was so happy to unwrap it! The palette contains 12 beautiful eyeshadows. All with a neutral/ sparkly hue. Since Christmas day I have used the palette everyday! My favourite eye shadows so far are 'Tease' and 'YDK'. I love the mix of colours and can't wait to start creating different looks with them. I have started watching some youtube make-up tutorials which include the pallete to get some ideas! If you know of any good tutorials please let me know! Have you used the naked palettes before?

I moved to London in October, so this was my first Christmas being there and I wanted to make the most of being so close to all these amazing decorations! We went to Winter Wonderland the first weekend it opened and it was so much fun. I had never been before and wasn't sure what to expect, but it was amazing and very festive! I visited pretty much all the Christmas shops from Selfridges to Libertys and Harrods! Harrods looks amazing lit up at night and the window displays where so imaginative. Covent Garden was also another highlight as they go all out with the decorations and it's such a lovely place to go shopping. I'd definitely recommend visiting London at Christmas there is so much to do and see!

I love Christmas and I love nail art, so put the two together and I'm in heaven! Last weekend I treated myself to an appointment at WAH nails in Topshop Oxford Street. I went in knowing I wanted Christmas nails, but was unsure of what designs they had. Luckily they had a whole Christmas collection of nail art for you to choose from. As soon as I saw the gingerbread man I knew I had to have him! So I got two gingerbread men on my accent nails. I then opted for the traditional red and white snowflakes. I've had them for a week now and they are still going strong. I have topped them up with clear nail varnish a few times to make sure they don't chip! I absolutely love them and would recommend WAH nails if you want to treat yourself to some nail art! All the designs are drawn by hand and are so intricate! Have you had any nail art done for the festive period?

On Thursday night I attended the swimwear in Shoreditch event held by Swimwear 365. The aim of the event was to bring the holiday feeling to Shoreditch with an exclusive peak at the SS14 swimwear collection. The venue was filled with things to inspire the summer vibe such as cocktails, fancy dress, deck chairs and a photo-booth! They also had a nail bar set up which I took full advantage of getting my nails painted to match my favourite piece from the SS14 collection. Swimwear365 have a lot of lovely pieces on offer, at a really reasonable price. I have my eye on the floral print bikini for summer! It was such a fun event and I would definitely recommend checking out their website!
Did you attend the event are you already thinking ahead to Summer?

Yesterday I had a very festive day! After by passing Buckingham Palace and playing tourist snapping a few photos, we headed to Winter Wonderland. I had never been to Winter Wonderland before so was super excited to visit this year, I love anything festive and with a month until Christmas I feel it's a valid time to visit. Winter Wonderland opened on Friday and is staying open until the 5th of January.
Winter Wonderland is free to enter so you can wander around and soak up the festive atmosphere and enjoy all the free entertainment! It was so much fun, yet freezing you definitely need to wrap up warm! We treated ourselves too many hot chocolates and warm doughnuts whilst browsing the German market. It was filled with stalls, rides, bars and was much bigger than what I expected. I'd definitely recommend a visit, and I'm going to make it a yearly tradition! Are you planning to go this year?

Now that I've moved to London, I'm excited to attend more blogger events! Last night I was invited to the AX Paris event in Tower Hill. The event was held in a cabaret club with the promise of 1920's inspired entertainment and a catwalk show. The venue was really impressive and their was cocktails and cupcakes waiting on our arrival - Perfect!
The latest collection was laid out on rails for us to look through, it involved a lot of lace and sequins and included some amazing dresses for the party season ahead. The entertainment for the night included burlesque dancers, fire breathers, cabaret singers and a catwalk show where the clothes were modelled by bloggers. Throughout the night we had canapés and cocktails and their was plenty to keep us entertained. I came straight from work so didn't get a chance to snap my outfit, but I wore quite a casual outfit with my Urban Outfitters smock dress teamed with my Asos leather jacket and New Look boots. Other great features of the event included pick n' mix and the photo-booth which both proved very popular!
We saw the latest AX Paris Christmas advert which was introduced by Britian and Ireland Next Top Model winner Jade L Thompson, the advert was really cool and showcased some of their best designs! It was such a fun night and I can't wait to attend more blogging events! Did you go, have you ever bought anything from AX Paris?

I recently ran out of perfume so whilst out shopping I thought I would pick up something new. My usual go to perfume is Daisy by Marc Jacobs, but I thought I should try out one of his newer scents. I picked up Dot by Marc Jacobs. The first thing that drew me to it was the packaging! As usual Marc Jacobs have really innovative and quirky packaging which draws your eye. I bought a travel sized version so it would be easy to pop into my handbag and to take with me when I go away for a weekend. The perfume has quite a floral and sweet smell with a mix of red berries, dragon-fruit, honeysuckle, jasmine and orange blossom to name just a few! It's a great perfume for everyday wear and it's fast becoming a new favourite! What do you think of Marc Jacobs perfumes?
